How to share a video on tube site ?

Hey !

For all pepole who want share a vid on our future tube site (footfetishfocus.com), what method you prefer ?

1) Post on a specific thread:
I'll create a specific thread with a short template that you can copy/past in reply and I publish it on our tube site.

2) Post on dedicated page:
I create a form page with all required field, nobody will can see your submit except me. Then I post it on our tube site.
