I voted no because there are already enough tube sites out there (with lots of foot content to search within). The problem is that there aren't enough good fetish forums out there and you have started to create one that will finally bring the foot fetish community what it has needed for so many years.
There are other foot forums but they are crap due to outdated software and admin teams who are absent for the most part. It is a major blessing to finally have a foot forum community (ie. this one) that uses the latest and greatest forum software AND has a technically capable team running it.
I am afraid to see your efforts spread out too thin (if you pursue a tube site) because I want your team focused on keeping this forum growing so that it becomes the #1 go-to spot for any foot fetish discussions online. You are already off to an amazing start in a very short period of time. This one stop shop so to speak has been needed for decades.
Many foot fans have talked to me for years about how we've needed a forum EXACTLY like this. I already know, just by your choice of forum software and your design of the sub-forums and thoughtful user permission structure that this will evolve into a dream come true. I can also tell by how you solicit and evaluate regular member feedback that you have good processes in place to keep this project alive and serving the foot community well.

That is true there are already a lot tube sites but not our, with us vision of the sharing, mindset and user experience.
It's true our forum running a good software, when I created it was a primordial priorite, I wanted the best software for this community, I am bored with all this old software like phpbb and others.
It is true also if we launch a tube site, I'll split my efforts during the development phase, like when we haved issue with some image upload, we have publish our own image hoster and integrated it the forum
upload.forum-area.com. The forum has not really been impacted during that development phase. Just me who published a little less.
Now, this site of upload requiert low time of maintenance and is very useful and used by all of us.
For the tube site, the maintenance will be bigger than upload site but I feel able to handle it all.
Anyway, with or without tube site, we will recruit a moderator(s) for the forum, beacause, with between 50 and 100 post every days and all the others things to manage (like mailing, report, initiation, marketing..), that take to me a lot of time.
For me, the forum is my top priority, if we launch a tube site or other things, the forum will keep in my #1 things to do.
And if one day I get tired of the forum, do not worry I will not let it fall like that. I will choose a trustworthy admin to manage it. But this moment is not ready to arrive ! I love to manage it in my free time, see how our community growing every day..
Here, with this great forum, we make difference so, i just believe that we must keep our difference in quality and frienship and, don't get lost into anything like everywhere.
It is just my humble froggy opinion to not become like the "mass" but stay out of the "mass" to protect the forum and keep A REAL and GREAT identity.

@Footslave Merci d'avoir donné ton opinion aussi ! Je comprend ton avis, par contre, je ne vois pas ce que ça changera à l'identité du forum d'avoir un tube site. Ça serait 2 sites totalement différent, mais avec la même qualité d'exigence que j'ai pu faire pour le forum. Ce tube site auras sont propre nom de domaine et il y aurait certainement un lien hypertext entre ce tube site et le forum. Et bien-sur il ne s'agirait pas de faire de la concurrence au forum, ça serait juste un moteur de recherche sans possibilité d'upload un peu comme pornmd mais avec un visuel comme pornhub ou xhamster.
