Hello Monsieur Luzik,
for me, it's not the problem about what we're thinking, but what the law say!
We don't want to see this (great) forum be closed just for a "Fu#$*ng" transgression!

On the clear web we can found easily forum dedicated to kid feet (under 12yr) or other site like image hoster with kid feet. Of course I do not approve of this unhealthy side.
I think for the Celebrities that can be ok but i'm uncertain. From which this poll.

We must apply the laws of the country where the forum is hosted it's correct ?
I'll maybe need help because I don't know what the law say about it. The forum is hosted in Canada, Quebec.

The sites I was referring is hosted in Netherlands and Russia, and have been online for several years.

Edit:
After few search, apparently it is the laws of the owner country that applies. I only have to read the law. I'll tell you.
