What's More Important: Genetics or Foot Care?

Here's something I've wondered for a while.

Do you think the most memorable feet are mostly the result of genetics...

...or does consistent foot care make the biggest difference?

I've seen naturally beautiful feet that received almost no maintenance, and I've also seen average feet transformed with great care.

What's your opinion?
