When a male prisoner doesn’t follow the rules the Underground Student Council must discipline him. Mari places him under her desk and rest her feet on his face, while Meiko has some fun punishing his privates. Hana hops up on the desk to join them, driving its legs deeper into his hands. While the girls just casually chat away waiting for class to start, the prisoner now suffers even more beneath them.
The prisoner’s punishment isn’t over when the bell rings, he is then forced to carry Mari and Hana on his back to their next class. Meiko follows close behind ready to give him a swat with her crop or kick to the crotch if he slows down too much. Adding to his dilemma, the other female students have fun stomping down on his already sore hands as they pass by them.
Theses are characters form an anime called "Prison School" and unfortunately none of them wore those long loose schoolgirl socks :/
Hana and Meiko take the prisoner back to his cell for a game of heads or tails. Hana calls heads, and puts the prisoner’s head to good use by making him worship her feet. Meiko gets tails, and crops the prisoner’s backside to encourage him to worship Hana’s feet properly.

Hana tells the prisoner he’s done a poor job cleaning her feet, and that he missed a spot on her big toe. But when he argues that he doesn’t see it, Hana tells Meiko to grab his head and hold his eye open, so she can give him an extreme close-up of the supposed spot he missed.
