I remember between the week of November 25-30, 2008, after I got finished watching two rented DVDs (release date was the 25th) and I turned it back to regular TV around approximately 2-5PM. The first thing I saw was a blonde lady putting her barefoot sole up to the camera lens while eating or talking. I know it was a documentary series based on the camera footage and deep Voiced narrations. I think there was a man to the right of the screen narrating the depicted woman's actions. I'm assuming the woman was doing it to mock or gross out the cameraperson because she was crazy.
I remember seeing the A&E logo but I can't be 100% sure. However I was watching this on a Dish Network feed so the channel number for A&E was 118; that could help narrow any other adjacent channels down. It was either the America Top 250 package or Everything. My timezone is Pacific and always has been. If it was a local channel then it was Sacramento; anyone who's ever lived there might be able to help.
I've searched lots of episodes of Cold Case Files, American Justice, Intervention, and The First 48 on Tubi and Pluto TV but nothing is coming up close to what I'm describing.
