Now this section is open to all, no need account to view content, but for post yes (without access).
Do this change for better referencing on search engines.

Renewal of hosting

- Renew our previous hoster for 1 Year
I keep it up active, for development of our services, testing and in case we have issue with our dedicated server in rescue.
- Renew the forum domain name for 1 Year

Jade, our dedicated server, is renewed every month.

Stories Section

- Add two thread prefix: Real & Fiction
When creating the thread you can now choice between Real or Fiction prefix.
All thread starter of already existing thread can edit the first post to add one prefix.

Account details

- Add Instagram in account details
Now you can add your instagram in your about page.

Closing of IRC

- The IRC server is now closed, the button in navbar are removed
Unfortunately he was not very popular.

Upload Images

- Our upload service (upload.forum-area.com) is now only workable with our network (forum-area.com).
A few days ago, we have get a big hotlink issue with huge Asian sites.
We have recorded over 1'600'000 hit on Hi-Res images uploaded by them. Our bandwidth is not sized to this, which caused lag or unreachable our sites.

I have setup a hotlink protection outside of our network, so our bandwidth will not endure anything.
All hotlink trafic is redirected on our previous hoster on the link hotlink.forum-area.com, you will get this image

From now you can use our upload service only on forum-area.com.

New Domain

- We have buy a new domain for the forum: FootFetishForum.com
With this purchase, we hope to have better organic traffic (search on google etc..). This is for improve the SEO.
In near future, we will migrate the forum on this new domain name. We will keep the forum-area.com alive with a redirection to the new domain.

We hope you will like this new domain name.

This will show the counts of the most users that have ever been online. The count start today.

Trending threads

- Add « Trending » in the Forums nav bar
Now you can see some trending threads

Forum Update & Fix

Redesign of the forum :
- Entiere threads are clickable on the threads list
- Show the top 3 reactions received on the threads lists
- Remove the separator sticky/normal thread
- New icons
- and other misc. change...

Sidebar on mobile

- Remove the Sidebar mobile canvas (maybe temporarily)
The sidebar on mobile have an issue with mobile friendly test (Size Content To Viewport & Tap Targets Too Close).
I have try different fix without success, so for the moment this is deleted and the content is moved to the bottom of the index page.

Forum Rules

- User Member can now post only 1 thread on Initiation section each 7 days
That will reduce the duplicate thread and encourage to edit or post in her own thread.


Forum Update

- AMP enabled Accelerated Mobile Pages
The forum is now compatible with AMP. To test it, simply add ?amp=1 at the end of url.

- Brotli & Gzip compression enabled
If Brotli compression is not supported, Gzip will be used.

- Cloudflare & Cache configured
Now the forum use Cloudflare to improve the forum performance & security.

- Some minor forum fixes.
